Where we deliver
Anywhere in the United States where a partner florist serves the recipient's ZIP code. Every order is designed and hand-delivered by a local florist; nothing is shipped by courier.
Same-day orders
Same-day delivery is available Monday to Saturday for orders placed before the cut-off shown for the recipient's ZIP code, usually around midday in the recipient's time zone. Orders placed after the cut-off are delivered on the next available day you choose at checkout. Sunday delivery depends on the florist and is shown in the calendar when available.
Delivery hours
Deliveries are made during the florist's business hours, typically between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm local time. We cannot guarantee a specific time; for hospitals, offices and funeral homes, add the room, floor or service time at checkout so the florist can plan.
If nobody is home
The florist calls the recipient and either leaves the order in a safe place, with a neighbor or front desk, or attempt again the same or next business day. An incorrect address or phone number can delay the order; a second delivery attempt caused by incorrect information may be charged.
Charges and tax
The delivery charge shown in the cart covers hand delivery to one address. Sales tax of the delivery state is shown before you pay.
