Substitution policy

Flowers are seasonal and every florist buys fresh each morning. To deliver on time, the florist may replace a flower or a container with one of equal or greater value, keeping the style and color palette of the arrangement you chose.

For single-flower arrangements, such as a dozen red roses, the main flower is always respected. If that is not possible, we contact you before anything is made.

If you are not satisfied with what was delivered, write to us within 48 hours with your order number. We will make it right.
