Questions
The things people ask before they order from a shop they have not used before. If yours is not here, write to us — a person answers every day.
- Can I order from outside the United States?
- Yes. You can order and pay from Honduras or any country with a Visa, Mastercard or American Express card. Delivery is available across the United States.
- How late can I order for delivery today?
- Usually until around midday in the recipient's time zone, Monday to Saturday. Add the ZIP code and the site shows exactly how much time is left for that address.
- Who makes the arrangement?
- The independent florist whose design you picked, near the recipient. We place the order, pay the shop and stay on top of it until it is delivered.
- Will it look like the photo?
- The photo is the florist's own picture of that design, and that same florist makes it. Flowers are seasonal, so a stem may be swapped for one of equal value, keeping the style and colors. If something important has to change, we contact you first.
- What if nobody is home?
- The florist calls the recipient. Depending on the address, they leave it with a neighbor, at the front desk, or return later the same day.
- Do you deliver to hospitals and funeral homes?
- Yes. At checkout, choose the place and add the room number or the time of the service so the florist can plan the delivery.
- How do I know it arrived?
- You receive an email with a photo when the order is delivered, and you can follow every step on your order page.
